Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2 cups cooked rice
• 1/2 onion,diced
• 1/8 tsp white pepper
• pinch of salt
• 2 Chinese Sausage
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1/2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
• 1/2 tbsp of Fish Sauce
• Tomato slice to serve
• Cucumber slice to serve
• 4 Garlic,chopped

Instructions

1. Painitin yung kawali at maglagay ng 2tbsp ng oil.
2. Ilagay yung onion stirng 2 mins bago ilagay yung garlic stir together.
3. Ilagay yung Chinese Sausage at stir fry for a minute.
4. Ilagay sa gilid ng pan yung mga sangkap at maglagay ng kunting oil bagio ilagay yung egg.
5. Hintayin na maging omelette yung egg bago ihalo sa mga ibang sangkap.
6. Ilagay yung rice at haluin ng mabuti bago mag lagay ng fish sauce,soy sauce,white pepper,salt at sesami oil.
7. Haluin ng mabuti hanggang mag combined lahat ito.
8. Iserve ito kasama ng hiniwa na tomato at cucumber at ilagay sa side ng plate.
