Pork & Cabbage Dumplings


  • Dumplings Wrapper
  • 500g Minced Pork
  • 2 Galic / Bawang
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ginger / Luya
  • 1 Cup shredded Cabbage
  • 2tsp oil
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Spring onion
  • 2 Tbsp So Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sesami Oil


  1. Paghaluin lahat ng sangkap sa iisang bowl
  2. Sa pagbabalot,basain ang gilid ng dumpling wrapper
  3. Maglagay ng 1 tbsp ng meat sa wrapper, at i fold over and pinch the top center together.
  4. Fold one side of the dumpling over and press into the other side and repeat until the whole dumpling has been folded.
  5. Painitin ng medium heat ang kawali bago maglagay ng oil
  6. Ilagay yung dumplings, pero wag pagdikitin lagayan ng mga space para hindi dikit-dikit.
  7. After mag gloden brown na yung sa ilalim ng dumplings maglagay ng water 1/4 cup at hinaan yung apoy ng low heat bago ito takpan ng pangtakip
  8. Isalin at para makakain na.

Dapat ganito yung kulay sa ilalim ng dumplings, tama lang yung Golden brown. Hindi sunog
